Banana, coconut, cocoa, chia pudding

I’m more and more in love with this DM drogeriemarkt collaboration. ‘Cause with every new recipe I’m discovering delicious, healthy substitutions for “traditional” recipes.

This banana and chocolate chia cream pudding recipe might just be one of my favorites till now.

It’s light, soft, fluffy, chocolatey. And it’s healthy! 😉

Recipe:

 

Chocolate Chia Pudding

2 cups DMbio coconut/almond milk

1/3 cup DMbio chia seeds

1/4 cup cup DMbio cocoa powder

2 teaspoons DMbio vanilla/bourbon extract

2 tablespoons DMbio honey

pinch of salt

 

 

Coconut Banana Cream

1 cup DMbio coconut/almond milk

1/3 cup DMbio chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon DMbio vanilla/bourbon extract

2 tablespoons DMbio honey

1 banana

DMbio Cereals with raisins

2 tablespoons DMbio honey

 

Procedure:

Chocolate Chia Pudding

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to combine

Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge

Once the pudding has thickened (the pudding will not be as thick as normal pudding, but that’s ok), add it to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into glass

Coconut Banana Pudding

Combine the coconut/almond milk, chia seeds, honey, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a bowl

Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge (until thickened and creamy)

Next day blend pudding with banana until it become smooth and creamy

Pour over Chocolate Pudding

Sprinkle with cereals and pour honey on top
